Ching's latest single "Nomad" showcases his versatility as a rapper with a hunger for lyrical ability and substance behind his music. With a catchy beat drop and a runtime of just over 2 minutes, this summer banger is sure to be on repeat. Directed by Carefree Ant, check out the music video now.

Is Ching What We Been Looking for to Start the Summer?

Ching recently came under my radar after seeing his recent music video for “Nomad” which was directed by Carefree Ant. Ching said he has been rapping since he first learned how to rhyme but has been more professional and taking things more seriously for about two years now. Ching would later go on to say that his true inspiration is the artistry and competitiveness of music. To fully quote Ching he said “Of course music brings people together, but even teammates should always have an intense battle when they face, so no one ever gets complacent, and I think that’s what fueled this single. My music is very versatile but lately has been more on the melodic side and I’ve been hearing whispers about how I might not go as crazy rapping without melodies. My peers have been heavily occupying the space for melodic music, so I just had to stress that I’m coming with lyrical ability and substance behind mine. Now I’m just trying to see who’s gonna elevate or match me so I can go even harder.” That’s when it became apparent that Ching had that drive and hunger that many of the greats have.

The single starts out as Ching raps “Keep yo eyes on lil buddy I don’t know who he is, I still gotta watch my homies, I won’t get crossed out again, I be moving like a Nomad something like an Indian, Indian I gotta win, hit a lick invest in 10.” As that is happening the beat softly opens up which leads into a perfect beat drop which then goes into this smooth Nardo Wick type beat. After listening to the song once there’s a good chance, you’ll want to keep it on repeat especially since it’s a quick listen, coming in at about 2 minutes and 22 seconds.

This head banger of a single is something perfect for the summer and very much has the potential to be a summer hit. Ching is definitely a chef the way he can cook up a hit!
