Jay2 - ‘No Keyss’ (EP)

With a push to start delivery between tracks and production that slaps seated passengers along for the ride, Jay2 comes in hot bringing more energetic flows in his newest project “No keyss”

Jay2 is always known to drop when he is really ready to layout more content for fans to digest and the time has come once again. This project “No Keyss” comes as a brand new project of a compilation of tracks coming after the making of Jay2’s most recent body of work “Send Heartss”. While listening, You can definitely hear similar notes from “Send Heartss” through “No Keyss” but Jay2 really differentiated himself on this project by expanding more on his energetic piped-up flows and holding a more commanding ironed out the overall sound with VZN holding producer credits for the entire project.

One thing I love about Jay2 is the overall continued growth and evolution of his sound and every time I get a taste of new music from him, it’s always something you can tell he has just been in the lab perfecting and not taking too seriously and having fun with. “No Keyss” is honestly a very inviting project that does just that by not holding any strings back and being a real embodiment of what Jay2 is currently trying to express. The 7 tracks really do play out nice with a definite cohesion that for sure feels like Jay2 was in a locked-in rhythm while recording these tunes. The first half of the project is more upbeat than the other half which I find me listening to more with “Tempt me” and “Prada u” really sticking out to me. I feel like this project really is a great compilation of hard-hitting tracks that really are building blocks to even more special things that are to come from Jay2.

With “No Keyss” making a big impression in my music library and rotation, find out what’s your favorite track here, by streaming Jay2’s newest project “No Keyss”.
