The final Musa Monday’s release is here today !, featruing two tracks; “Brighter Days” prod. Monty Datta and a bonus track “Wave” prod. King Art.

The Musa Monday’s series has been a 5 week long experience that was ultimately decided by the fans. One new track every week, and because of the overwhelmingly positive feedback from writers (Insomniac Magazine, Chicago Reader, 4th Shore Hip Hop) and fans alike, Musa has decided to add one more track to the series as a bonus to everyone who has tagged along.

The bonus track comes in first on the track list and is a high-energy epic production. A sporadic piano line cascades over orchestration, and a tight trap beat, while Musa’s vocals loom overhead. “Brighter Days” closes out the EP fluctuating the pace, back to a steady, soulful, laid-back vibe. The project overall finds a flow and pace, adjusting in style, and showcasing a variety of Musa’s skills. Working with a different producer on each beat helped to facilitate a diverse body of work that expanded into an interesting 5-week series. Musa’s next show is at Virgin Hotels Chicago opening for Clear Soul Forces on July 11th.
