Musa Reems, and T-Jay Beats Announce The Release of New Track “Zombies” Feat. Mick Jenkins

Following his 2018 album Pieces of a Man, Mick Jenkins has been in collaboration with producer TJayBeats and Musa Reems resulting in the track titled “Zombies” which will be the second single for Musa’s upcoming EP To Whom It May Concern

The production is a slow trudge through murky waters, with each note of the synth phasing into next, and a bass that shakes to the very core of the song. This track is an important reflection on the lack of focus that can be seen not only in the industry today, but also in the people all around us.

Every day is a grind if you want to move past the stigma of being a “zombie”, other wise it’s easy to get stuck in the mindless repetition of life. Jenkins and Reems expand on this subject throughout the song, giving their perspective on the situation.
