Hate Sonny is back with a brand new 5-track EP titled “Do Not Disturb”.

After interviewing Sonny a couple weeks back, it’s nice to see him consistently working and dropping new material with added depth. Sonny has easily became one out of a select few artists that we constantly push there work and endeavors because we believe in them so much and want them too successed. This EP is just another example on why Sonny contiunes to have our support and why he is a Chicago star in the making.
This EP really has a great sound and to me sounds more like his project from 2018 “Bad Luck”. The only reason I make the comparison is because the subject matter within the songs has a deep emotional feel like “Bad Luck” but deviates from the late album with a great beat selection and overall added depth of flows. My two favorites tracks on the tape has to be “Alone” and “Relapse”. Both tracks have deep meaning and paint a vivid picture with Sonny’s capability to use lyrics like a fine tip paint brush. I feel some of Sonny’s best work is when he uses real life scenarios and shit he has seen to make a powerful track that you can actually visualize and feel even the 1,000th play through. This EP has an assortment of tracks that do just that and are some of Sonny’s best work.
