The item I ordered is described as "Made to Order," what does that mean?
When an item says it is "Made to order" in the product description, this means we are making the shirt, hoodie, or hat after you place your order, then shipping it to you when it is ready. This means the item will take longer to get to you. Usually within 4-8 weeks.

How does The Ghetto Flower sizing run?
Our sizing is true to adult casual streetwear. Follow us on social to view our look books and to get a more personal view of how pieces fit.
Do you restock merchandise that has sold out?
We don't typically restock pieces that have been sold out. Follow us on social to be the first to know about the next merch drop!
Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. Due to limited quantity and high demand, returns and exchanges are not available as all sales are final.
How long will my order take to ship?
We do our best to have every order shipped within 7 business days *depending on the delivery location & order volumes shipping times may vary.
Where is my order’s tracking information?
Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the original email address or phone number provided during checkout. Be sure to check your spam or promotional folders, sometimes they are found there!
Am I able to change my shipping address?
We allow for shipping address updates within 24 hours of the order being placed. When submitting an address update request, please be sure to include the full correctly formatted shipping address including apartment number, if applicable. - Once your order is processed and leaves our facility there is little we can do to correct a shipping address unless your order is returned by the carrier.
Do your shipping & handling charges include international customs fees?
Our shipping and handling charges DO include international customs/duties and tax fees. You will see a shipping cost plus a duties and taxes cost that adds up to your delivered shipping cost. The customs/duties and tax fees are calculated by order value and the country you live in.
What do I do if I have an issue with my delivered order?
For further resolution, please send detailed photos of your packing slip & merchandise you received with labeling to our customer support team at theghettoflowertgf@gmail.com
We now allow for size exchanges on everyday items ONLY.
Please email theghettoflowertgf@gmail.com and ask for a return label. Items from special collections, collaborations, and sold-out items are not available for size exchanges.
