Jay 2 - “Send Heartss”

Jay 2 drops off a solid project titled “Send Heartss”

Jay 2 has been an artist that I have been definitely rooting for the past couple of years with first discovering his music on SoundCloud back in 2017. Since then, he has put together solid bodies of work like his 2019 project “4 Tha Wait” and now this brand new project “Send Heartss”. In my eyes, this project is a combination of different flows, subject matter, and overall flavor that doesn’t get old with every song feeling like a breath of fresh air playing into the title “Send Heartss”

In breaking down this project, I really feel that Jay 2 did such a great job of expanding on certain flows and cadences, which really speaks to his growth as an artist. There isn’t one song on the tape that I felt like it didn’t excel at being unique or being expressively captivating. I feel like the whole project really kept me invested in hearing what the next song would sound like, which really made me enjoy this project to the fullest. My favorite track on this project would have to be “Roof Went Missing” because of its overall dope sound and memorable hook down to the flawless production like in all of the tracks.

“Send Heartss” is honestly a great listen and an overall captivating body of work that I will be playing a long time to come. So please be sure to stream this brand new project here.
