With the fall season here, personally, I couldn’t wait to get more R&B in my day-to-day rotation of music. I am personally not an avid RNB listener but when something catches my ear like “Just4TheSummer” I have to say a few words and give it my absolute appreciation. Khaliyah without a doubt puts on a marvelous performance over the 5 track EP that plays out like a memorable summer story filled with highs and lows. Khaliyah really does a fantastic job at making each single feel like a breath of fresh air accompanied by a bold message that is blended with sweet melodies. Other than on-point subject matter and storytelling, I really feel like Khaliyah shows off her amazing vocal range in this EP which really makes her stand out.
