Muddy Mick brings a dark raw, original aesthetic that is unique for an artist coming up out of Chicago. In the summer, projects are usually dominated by quirkiness and autotune vibe, so it is nice to see Muddy Mick take a different approach with his new Fa$t Life EP.
There is a total of seven tracks on this project and as you can tell from the title, it is all based around the idea of moving fast and chasing the dream.
I was really impressed with all of the tracks on the tape, Muddy Mick is an artist that brings energy and a multitude of flows. he’s a real spitter and proved that he’s not to be taken lightly with this release. Don’t get me wrong, I love the current state of hip-hop and everything that comes with it, but Muddy took the correct approach with this one by staying true to his dark mysterious vibe, organic flow and vocals that made me a fan of his music — and his finished products is stellar to say the least.
