Following the release of Piers’ latest project “Vibes & Tribulations II” Piers is proud to present the cinematic showing of ‘Samurai’ out on the 7th September. Having always enjoyed the aesthetics of the samurai’s styled armour and the idea of being a black samurai, Piers has recreated this in a conceptual manner. The video portrays Piers’ inner subconscious with the Samurai on the beach performing out his inner thoughts and acting within a lucid dream world.

Piers has been building to this moment for the last few months dropping track after track of nuanced, intelligent, positive UK hip-hop. Piers lead track from the EP “Unfinished Business (Feat. IMONI)” has had combined plays of 70K across streaming platforms and was picked for Spotify’s ‘Chilled Pop Hits’ playlist. As well as his last single the laid back ode to friendship ‘These Nights’, both singles have garnered critical acclaim and support from Huw Stephens (Radio 1) and DJ Target (1Xtra).
