Searching - Malo BRIGADE (prod. MARTIN $KY)

Searching’ is the Premiere Single produced by MARTIN $KY off of Malo BRIGADE's recent project: #PRESSURE3P. The single reflects on battles with vice, self-critique, and searching for direction. 

Set on a natural scenescape, the video backdrop portrays a sense of being lost and wandering. The back and forth shots of Malo intend to depict facing oneself to dig for a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.

ARTIST BIO 

Malo BRIGADE is a recording & performing artist from Chicago, Illinois. With a unique upbringing in multiple hip-hop based organizations which practice on the ground community programming and organizing, Malo was able to craft his writing and performance skills from an early age. Having won multiple Chicago citywide poetry slams and competed in International poetry festivals, Malo naturally transitioned into his passion for Hip-Hop/Rap music. Awarded a fully funded scholarship to the first Hip-Hop based arts initiative at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he was able to further hone his artistic craft and given opportunities to perform around the world. He now continues to work on music from Chicago.
