What made you get into fitness and YouTubing?
When I was in high school, I was very underweight. Not to an extreme extent, but definitely not healthy. Unfortunately, I did get made fun of and as a girl it was definitely tough. (We all know how high school can be lol) It caused me to really hit rock bottom resulting in depression, anxiety, and low self- esteem. It wasn't until my senior year of high school that I decided to change my lifestyle. I did my research, I put in the work & the fitness industry opened up so many doors for me. With that being said, my YouTube channel is one of them. It has allowed me to connect with so many people and not only share my fitness journey, but share other helpful content as well.
How long have you been into health and wellness ?
I started around November of 2014, so this month completes 4 years! I’m not going to lie I did tend to quit sometimes in the beginning but everyone does, right?
What’s your favorite muscle group to workout?
I’d have to say my two favorites are my quads and hamstrings. They’ve been my toughest muscle to grow, so I always enjoy pushing myself through heavy and intense workouts.
Goals for the end of the year?
I am currently 135lbs. My goal for the end of this year is to be a HEALTHY weight of 140. Some people might think I’m legit crazy for wanting to be that weight, but coming from a small girl who used to be barely 90 pounds, I cannot wait to reach that goal!
Goals for 2019?
My goals for 2019 are not only to prosper within my OWN fitness goals and aspirations, but to ultimately help others as well. I’ve been secretly working on a few projects/ideas to release in the upcoming year! I have been filming a lot of requested videos; I’ve been training with a variety of clientele, and working towards becoming a personal trainer. I’d like to create my own workouts, the opportunity to work with people one on one, and so much more. Stay tuned :)
