Derrick better known as Bean. Athlete turned artist back in 2012 with the release of his first brand “StaticFresh” with a partner in Durham, North Carolina
Why he started the brand?
He saw opportunity in creating a hat brand in a heavily flooded t-shirt brand market in the Raleigh Durham area. He capitalized on this and started The Caps USA bringing us some HEAT🔥🔥🔥.
What made him start the brand?
Derrick said “Honestly just giving it a shot. I literally wasn’t doing anything but school and home every day and I wanted to start a business of my own.”
What’s in store for 2018?
Derrick just released his First issue since his last release in January 2018. He plans to release part 2 soon. So make sure you keep a look out for the big things coming this year
