Lou Phelps is an upcoming artist out of Montreal that has a very old school sound that he embodies lovely on his tracks and projects. Lou manifests what is missing in a lot of artist’s music today, which is this sense of “real rap”. The sense of “real rap” that Lou expresses is the ability to make well put together songs that have flow and delivery that wraps lovely around the beat like a strong marriage.
